As of Wednesday, June 3, Diamond Credit Union’s Wyomissing location is open for drive-thru service during business hours. The drive-thru ATM is also open and the 75,000 No-Surcharge ATM network is available. Online banking, mobile banking, and Diamond’s Call Center are also open.
“Thank you to our members and staff for your cooperation and patience during this temporary closure,” said John Faust, President/CEO of Diamond Credit Union. “We closed for the safety of all in mind and we keep the safety of all in mind as we reopen.”
The branch closed May 20 when a team member from the Wyomissing staff informed management that a person they had close contact with tested positive for COVID-19. The team member then also tested positive. All other Wyomissing personnel have tested negative.
Since Diamond closed lobbies and began to operate via drive-thru only in mid-March, the team member who tested positive did not have any direct contact with members.
