John Faust, Diamond Credit Union President/CEO, has been awarded the Vistage Leadership Award for the Southcentral Region. Vistage is the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses. The Vistage Leadership Award celebrates Faust’s enduring excellence in leadership, recognizes the impact he has had on Diamond Credit Union, his Vistage group and community.

Over the nine years that Faust has been a Vistage member, Diamond’s assets grew 116%, membership grew 61%, staff grew 68% and Diamond added five new branches. Recent strategic plans have included conversion to a state-of-the-art core data processing system and lending system. Faust has led the realignment of the organization’s staff structure, forged a partnership with an innovative digital technology organization that will further grow the credit union’s reach digitally and establish the ability to utilize data analytics. Diamond is recognized as a leader in the community.
