We Need Your Help!
Our goal is to monitor consistency of branding and experiences at all points of interaction. As part of our efforts to be the best credit union for you, we have partnered with Market Viewpoint to conduct mystery shops at Diamond Credit Union branches, our call center, and our website.
We need our members to get this done!
Diamond Credit Union members – and people who are not members, but are eligible to be – are needed to become mystery shoppers. You need only to do what you usually do – interact with our staff. And then answer questions telling us about the experience.
Mystery shoppers are independent contractors. You will get paid for shops you complete. Payment amounts depend on the assignment, and you will know that before accepting an assignment.
BONUS: You will be entered into Market Viewpoint’s database, so you will have an opportunity to conduct mystery shops at other businesses, should you choose to do so.
