If you use NetBranch and have an e-mail address, you can go green using Diamond’s free electronic communications for Statements & Notifications, and Custom Alerts. These electronic communications enable you to manage your accounts quicker, easier, and more efficiently. No waiting to receive account information in the mail.
Existing NetBranch Users: Log into NetBranch Online Banking and click the 3-bar menu in the upper left corner. Then, choose Alerts from the options. From there, you will have access to Alerts, Statements, Notifications, and other settings.

Statements
On the first of each month, you’ll receive an email from Diamond that your monthly statement is available. Simply log into our secure NetBranch Online Banking and click Statements in the top navigation. Access statements and view, print, or save.
Notifications
With electronic Notifications, you’re notified by email of important account information. Notifications can be accessed within NetBranch.
Custom Alerts
Electronic Alerts are customized account alerts that you set up for specific actions and are sent via email or get them even quicker with text messaging* to your cell phone! You can select to receive text messages by simply entering your cell phone number within NetBranch. Plus, we’ve added more alerts that you can customize including transfers, debit card transactions, and overdrafts. Request to be alerted on information such as: when your account balance reaches a certain amount, when a deposit hits your account, when a specific check clears, and more. Custom Alerts can also be viewed in NetBranch.
