Diamond Credit Union has named Jennifer McKee its Vice President, Chief Operations Officer. McKee has over 25 years of experience in the areas of credit card growth, risk mitigation and fraud. She is well-versed in the regulatory environment and compliance-related needs.

McKee will lead Diamond’s operational departments to ensure the highest level of member service. As COO, McKee is responsible for the overall management of Support Services, Risk Management and Facilities. She is a member of the
Executive Leadership Team.

Most recently, McKee was employed as the Director of Operations, Authorizations and Fraud for Genesis Financial Solutions in Akron, OH.
Prior to Genesis, she was with Signet Jewelers, Inc., where for her last three years, she served as Vice-President, In-House Credit Authorizations and Fraud.
McKee earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Justice from Kent State University.
