Diamond Credit Union is making improvements to our phone service designed to get members to the information they seek faster than ever, during or even outside of normal business hours. This will allow us to provide service to members 24/7 with the goal to create a seamless interaction any time of day. The change is expected to take place on June 21.
The new menu will allow members to do routine things quickly without waiting for a person. Please be confident, however, that our same great team of people will remain and able to assist when desired.
Some of the things you will be able to do with just a few simple voice commands:
- Get Diamond’s routing number
- Check a balance
- Make a loan payment
- Check the status of deposits
- Transfer money
- Get hours, locations and directions texted to you
- And more
Implementing new technology to improve the member experience is nothing new for Diamond and members. Over the years we’ve worked together on the introduction of and evolution of: the current phone menu, online banking, mobile banking, remote teller systems in branches and more to deliver an award-winning service experience. While our phone message and menu are about to change, our core philosophy of making every member experience matter will not – that’s younity.
