Diamond Credit Union’s Business Services Team presented to attendees of the YW3CA’s Women’s Empowerment 360 Program on December 11 to teach them about obtaining a small business loan.
Tima Evans, Diamond’s Business Banking Development Manager, and Jenn Woodland, Diamond Business Development Officer, went over financing options, choosing a loan to fit lending needs, credit score, the borrowing process, researching lenders and more.
“We are grateful to have had the opportunity to share our insights to these remarkable women, ” Evans said. “Our goal is to educate people on strategies for enhancing their business, and provide guidance for them to kickstart their journey.”
Evans and Woodland also provided the attendees with free resources that Diamond has available for small businesses including a business plan generator, a loan calculator and more.
