Diamond Credit Union’s Pottstown branch team and Diamond’s mascot, Chip, at the Carousel at Pottstown’s Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 27.
The fall weather meant the start of festive activities for the Diamond Team. Employees participated in a variety of community events from fundraising to trunk-or-treats, to running a 5K.
Limerick Community Trunk or Treat
Some employees from the Royersford branch met on October 28 at Limerick Community Park for the Limerick Community Trunk or Treat. Families walked around the park and visited the different decorated stations of local businesses.
Pottstown Carousel Trunk or Treat
Diamond’s Pottstown branch visited the Carousel at Pottstown for their Trunk or Treat event on October 27. Diamond employees handed out candy and apple sauce pouches. They also had a chance to ride the carousel and join in on the fun.
Exeter Hot Dog Days
Diamond’s Exeter branch sold hot dogs and sweet treats on October 26 and 27. They were able to raise $375, which went towards the purchase of toys for Toys For Tots.
Reading’s Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade
The 4th Annual Reading Puerto Rican Day Parade took place on October 9 and Diamond employees were there to celebrate with the community.
Temple Parade
Employees from Diamond’s Muhlenberg and Wyomissing branch dressed up to walk in the Temple Halloween Parade on October 7. They handed out candy to the many people that came out to see the spooky floats and costumes.
Wayne’s Warriors 2023 5k
Diamond employees participated in the Wayne’s Warriors 2023 5k in September. The 5k invited community members to come together to run for a cause and raise money for the McGlinn Cancer Institute.
Diamond Credit Union has a wellness program that encourages employees to get active and live healthier lives. Employees that supported this event helped Diamond achieve this initiative.
