Diamond is thrilled to introduce a new digital banking platform – designed to give you more control, increased flexibility, and an easy way to manage all your Diamond accounts and services.
IMPORTANT DATES AND UPDATED DETAILS
As we’ve stated, you will need to manually enter your username and password at initial login on November 4. If you do not know your username and password please change it within the current platform by the end of the day on Thursday, October 30.
BEGINNING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, the following services will no longer be available in the current platform: the ability to change username and password, external transfers, mobile deposit capture, P2P transfers, and skip-a-payment. These services will be available again in the new platform.
UPDATE FOR MOBILE BANKING APP USERS: You WILL NOT need to download a new app; you will need to update your current mobile banking app. Only update from the Apple App or Google Play stores.

At Initial Login, Whether from the New Mobile App or on Desktop, Members Will Need to Enter Their Username & Password Manually
Many of us use our device password service, thumbprint, or face recognition (also known as biometrics) to login, but you will need to know your actual username and password to type it in at the initial login to the new platform. In some instances, you may also be asked for your social security number. You will then receive a one-time passcode.
After that initial login, you can reestablish biometrics for an easy and secure login ongoing.
Diamond does not know your username and password.
If you know your username and password: Great, when the time comes, you can reuse it on the new digital banking platform.
If you do not know your username and password: You can update it now within the current platform through end of the day on Thursday, October 30. Save the information somewhere secure where you can easily access it when the time comes. You will have to enter it manually at the initial login to the new platform. To retrieve your username or reset your password in the current platform, select the “Forgot username?” or “Forgot password?” link when logging in.
Update Your Contact Information / in the current platform, ensure your phone number, email, and address are accurate by navigating to: Menu > Profile and Security Settings > Contact Information and update if needed.

Single Login / you’ll see all your Diamond accounts in one place under a single login – this convenient feature may also be surprising, as you may rediscover accounts you’ve forgotten you are a joint owner on, or that you didn’t realize are still open
Manage Debit & Credit Cards / no more separate app for card control – view balances, transactions, rewards (if applicable), freeze or lock, view card number and CVV, and set alerts & travel notices

Quick View / get a quick view of transaction history and upcoming payments
Easy Payments & Transfers / move money to and from your other Diamond accounts, as well as to other Diamond member’s accounts, and external financial accounts which you can log into from within our platform – plus transactions can be saved to easily repeat
Expedited Loan Applications / much of your information is pre-filled for a quicker application process
Submit Inquiries / option to submit an inquiry about a specific transaction to the Diamond team and receive a message back within the digital banking platform
Financial Wellness Tools / manage, categorize, and organize your savings and spending
A Fresh Look / light or dark mode options, simplified navigation, and customizable full, compact, or slim view
Additional New Features for Business Accounts Only
Profile Switch / one click allows you to switch between your Diamond personal and business accounts
Remote Deposit Capture / easily deposit checks (larger check volume option will be coming soon)
Entitlements / assign account access to specific financials to key members of your business
Enhanced Payment Functionality / receive funds through FedNow (ability to submit ACH and domestic wire transfers, as well as send funds through FedNow will be coming soon)

Features Staying the Same
Internal & External Transfers / automatic internal and external transfers will continue as normal
Alerts & Security Settings / text or email alerts as well as security settings will carry over into the new platform
Bill Pay / if you’re set up with online bill payer, your payees and scheduled payments will carry over
What to Do on November 4th:
New Digital Banking App – You will not need to download a new app; you will need to update your current mobile banking app. Only update from the Apple App or Google Play stores. Any other source is fraudulent. At initial login, manually typing in your username and password will be necessary.

Joint Owners – If you have joint owners on your account who also access the mobile app, they will need to follow the same instructions as above and establish their own unique username and password. In this instance, they may be required to enter their social security number as well.
Desktop Digital Banking Login – go to diamondcu.org and login with your username and password.
What to Do if You Have the Diamond Visa Card App:
Any settings or alerts that were established in the Diamond Visa Card App WILL NOT carry over into the new digital banking platform; however, re-establishing those settings and alerts in the new digital banking platform is easy. The new digital banking platform will recognize your Visa cards, and you can begin managing them immediately.
Once you have updated to the new Digital Banking App, click CARDS at the top of the screen and confirm your Visa cards appear. You may then Uninstall the Diamond Visa Card App.

Access and control your Diamond Visa Debit and Credit Cards in Digital Banking / set same day travel notices, customize spending and fraud protection alerts, set daily spending limits, turn cards on/off, report lost/stolen, view full card number and CVV
Diamond Visa Debit Cards / alerts and controls you had established in the Diamond Visa Card App WILL NOT carry over into the new digital banking platform – they will need to be reestablished.
Diamond Visa Credit Cards / automatic payments to and from your credit card WILL carry over. Alerts and controls you had established in the Diamond Visa Card App WILL NOT carry over and will need to be reestablished.
