Eligibility for Credit Union membership at Diamond is open to:
- Anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school, or regularly conducts business within one of the zip codes in this listing
- Anyone employed by or retired from one of our sponsor companies
- Any immediate family member of a current Diamond Credit Union member
- Individuals who share a household with a current Diamond Credit Union member
- Residents of Pennsylvania who join through the Pennsylvania American Consumer Council (PACC)
You can join by visiting any of our locations, calling (800)-593-1000 during business hours, or filling out our easy form online.
Yes! The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), the strongest of the federal insurance funds, insures your funds with Diamond Credit Union up to $250,000.
Banks have shareholders who profit from customer fees and interest. Credit Unions are not-for-profit and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by members. Profits are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher interest rates, and lower fees.

You can apply for a loan anytime — even if you’re not yet a member.
If you choose to finance with Diamond, membership can be set up at that time.
There is no waiting. Once you’ve entered merchant info, you can make payments immediately.
It doesn’t matter. Diamond does not charge you for using either option. It’s just a matter of preference.
Electronic Statements are a free service of Diamond Credit Union. To be an Electronic Statement user you must have a valid email address on file and be registered for Diamond’s digital banking.
Note: Remember to update your email settings in digital banking if you change your email address anytime after registering.

If you’re a Diamond digital banking user, you can request Skip-a-Pay online. Log in, go to More > Skip-a-Pay. Eligible loans will show. You can skip one payment per loan per year.
Note: Payment Advantage, mortgage and interest-only home equity loans, and Diamond Visa are not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
You can check your activity directly through digital banking and/or the mobile app by choosing “Cards” in the main menu, then select your Diamond Credit Card.
