Diamond Awarded 2024 People’s Choice
Diamond Credit Union was awarded People’s Choice of Berks County for “Leading Credit Union” for the 17th consecutive year. The award was given by Berks County Living Magazine.
To win a People’s Choice Award, businesses need to be nominated and receive votes from local residents. The people that voted for Diamond were given a scientific survey from Harrisburg-based, Fieldgoals.US, a Certified Women Business Enterprise, to cast their votes.
Diamond Credit Union’s president and CEO, Rick Patel, reflected on 2023 and what it meant for Diamond’s shareholders.
“Not only were we behind the scenes working on expanding Diamond into Cumru Township, we were implementing leadership programs for employees and looking for ways to improve the banking experience for our members, ” Patel said. “To win “Leading Credit Union” is a remarkable accomplishment for the Diamond Team, and we are so grateful for our members.”
