Diamond Names Sanchez & Huber as Business Relationship Officers to Serve Berks and Bucks Counties
POTTSTOWN, Pa. — Diamond Credit Union has named Rob Sanchez and Julie Huber as business relationship officers to serve business members in Berks and Bucks counties. In their new roles, Sanchez and Huber will work directly with business members to support their financial needs and help them grow.
Both bring extensive experience in business banking, positioning them to provide strategic guidance to new and established members alike.

About Berks County Business Relationship Officer, Rob Sanchez
Sanchez began his career in the financial industry in 2003 with First Union, which later became Wells Fargo. In 2017, he joined BB&T, now Truist, as a market leader and branch leader. Throughout his career, Sanchez has led banking teams and supported clients with business lending, deposits, credit, merchant services, insurance and employee engagement.
He graduated from Alvernia University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in communications, with an emphasis in computer science.
“I’ve always been inspired by the stories behind each business, how they started, what drives them and the challenges they’ve overcome,” Sanchez said. “Understanding their journey allows me to tailor financial solutions that help them reach their goals with the tools available to them.”
In addition to his banking experience, Sanchez also operated a small business for several years. “Running a business gave me a hands-on perspective that deepened my understanding of what business owners face,” he said. “It’s an insight I’m excited to share with others.”
Sanchez said he looks forward to meeting new people and business owners, adding value to current relationships and creating new ones, while helping individuals and businesses succeed. He will focus on serving businesses throughout Berks County.
A Passion for Service
Beyond the workplace, Sanchez is active in the Berks County community. He currently serves as chair of the United Way’s Blueprint for Leadership program and sits on the organization’s Audit Committee. He is a former board member of the United Way of Berks County and serves as treasurer of the Reading Education Foundation.
He also volunteers with Baseballtown Charities and Wilson Youth Baseball, and has contributed time to the Reading Firefighter Museum, Berks Community Action Program, Reading Symphony Orchestra and the Alvernia University Alumni Association.

About Bucks County Business Relationship Officer, Julie Huber
Huber has more than 10 years of business development experience in various roles, most recently serving as the community growth director at Gold Credit Union. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strayer University and has earned certificates from institutions including Harvard University, Yale University, Imperial College London and the University of Colorado Boulder.
Her previous roles have included financial consulting, marketing, community engagement, business development, fundraising and nonprofit management.
“My past experiences in different markets and sectors have allowed me to understand a variety of financial situations,” Huber said. “Every one of these opportunities has revealed struggles and successes. Each unique situation brings a new outlook and approach to attaining success – individually defined by the member on their own financial journey.”
Huber will serve businesses throughout Bucks County.
Commitment to Community
When she isn’t helping businesses reach their goals, Huber can be found volunteering with a variety of organizations across Lehigh County.
She currently serves as board chair for Friends of Allentown Parks, vice president of the board for Ripple Community Inc., and community service chair for the Allentown Rotary Club. She is also co-chair of the Homecoming event for Family Promise Lehigh Valley, a member of the She Nailed It Committee for Habitat for Humanity, and serves on the Steak and Burger Committee for the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem.
Additionally, Huber is the youth volunteer council director and volunteers with the Salvation Army and Phoebe Ministries.
