Diamond’s Skip-A-Payment* service can offer some relief to your financial obligations. Skip your Diamond loan payment and put the money to better use elsewhere!
Now, you can easily request to skip your payment online through NetBranch or on Diamond’s Mobile Banking app!
You can submit a request to skip a payment on your:
- New or Used Auto Loan
- Home Equity Loan or Line
- Personal Loan or Line
To process your skip online: Just log into your account as you usually do through NetBranch, click on the 3 bar navigation (upper left corner), then select Skip-A-Pay from the choices. Your available loans or lines to skip will appear in the loan accounts presented. Note: Skips may not be available for all loan accounts.
To process your skip from the mobile app: Log into your account as usual, click on the 3 bar navigation (upper left corner), then select Skip-A-Pay from the choices and follow the steps to complete your request.
