Diamond’s Skip-A-Payment* service can offer some relief to your financial obligations. Skip your Diamond loan payment and put the money to better use elsewhere!
Now, you can easily request to skip your payment online through NetBranch or on Diamond’s Mobile Banking app!
Request to skip your:
- New or Used Auto Loan
- Home Equity Loan or Line
- Personal Loan or Line
To process your skip online: Just log into your account as you usually do through NetBranch, click on the ALL SERVICES tab, and scroll through the icons. Look for the Skip-A-Pay icon and click on it to begin the Skip-A-Pay request. Your available loans or lines to skip will appear in the Select An Account drop down menu.
To process your skip from the mobile app: Log into your account as usual, click on the Skip-A-Pay icon, and follow the steps to complete your request.
