Skip-A-Payment

Diamond’s Skip-A-Payment* service can offer some relief to your financial obligations. Skip your Diamond loan payment and put the money to better use elsewhere!

Request to skip your:

  • New or Used Auto Loan
  • Home Equity Loan or Line
  • Personal Loan or Line

To process your skip: Just log into your account as you usually do through NetBranch, click on the ALL SERVICES tab, and scroll through the icons. Look for the Skip-A-Pay icon and click on it to begin the Skip-A-Pay request. Your available loans or lines to skip will appear in the Select An Account drop down menu.

For MasterCard only: If you would like to request to skip your MasterCard payment, please contact a Diamond representative. These cannot be done online at this time. MasterCard requests must be received at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled payment.

If you are experiencing financial stress that cannot be solved with our Skip-A-Payment service, we have a dedicated team of specially-trained professionals who are able to discuss your credit union obligations one-on-one to help find suitable solutions for both you and the credit union. *Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Limited to one skipped payment per loan, per year. A $30 fee applies to each skipped payment of each loan. Finance charges will accrue and original maturity date of the loan may be extended. First Mortgage Loans, Fresh Start Loans, Interest-Only Payment HELOC Loans and Commercial Loans do not qualify for Skip-A-Payment.
