NetBranch Online Banking
Convenient and Easy Online Banking
NetBranch, Diamond’s online banking service, is free with every Diamond account. Enrolling is easy and gives you access to your accounts where you can review account activity, transfer funds, access your statements and open accounts online. Plus you have the most-used online banking features such as Bill Payer, Instant Deposits, Direct Deposit, E-Statements, and Alerts. Your balances are always up-to-date with real-time processing and increased security features to keep up with current technologies and to keep your money safe.
Single Sign-On Across Platforms
One user name and one password gives you access to both NetBranch Online Banking and the Mobile App. Create your own unique user name and password and choose a site marker image or upload your own. When logged in, you will notice cohesive functionality across all device platforms. In other words, whether you’re connected from a computer, tablet or mobile device, online banking will look and function the same.
Internal and External Transfers
Whether you’re transferring money to build your savings, to make a loan payment, or to manage your checking account, NetBranch Online Banking makes the process a smooth one. You can easily make internal transfers across Diamond accounts, transfer to your own accounts at other financial institutions*, or send money to another person anywhere.

In addition to Account Activity and Funds Transfer widgets on your dashboard, you can customize it with the information you want to see upon login, such as Local Branches and Events. Within the Account Activity Widget, you can group transactions by category with the built-in budgeting tool featuring visual graphs to track your spending habits.
Mobile Banking Apps
The Diamond Mobile Banking app is a free service which allows you to access your accounts safely and conveniently from your app-capable devices, however, you must be a registered NetBranch Online Banking user to enroll in Mobile Banking. The Mobile Banking app utilizes the same user name and password you set up for computer access and you’ll find it has the same look and navigation to manage your money. The new Mobile Banking apps for Apple® and Android devices are available now.
*Your name must be on the external accounts at the other financial institutions and you must have electronic access to those accounts in order to complete the authentication procedure. Once set up, you will be able to transfer funds from the external accounts to your Diamond savings, checking, money market and loan accounts. Transfers can also be made from your Diamond deposit accounts to external savings and checking accounts. Transaction time with external accounts can take up to 3 business days.
