Identity theft is very serious. Together, Diamond and CyberScout (formerly IDT911), a company that delivers valuable identity theft prevention education, proactive protection services and swift and appropriate identity theft incident remediation, are helping to educate, protect, and resolve fraudulent situations for our membership and their immediate family members. Diamond’s AdviseProtectResolve program is a free identity theft protection benefit for Diamond Credit Union members and their immediate families.

AdviseProtectResolve encompasses the following services:

ADVISE – An on-call Fraud Specialist provides unlimited assistance to lock-out thieves with proactive measures. Find out more on the CYBERSCOUT site to educate yourself on current identity theft scams, nationwide news, and tips you can use everyday to prevent fraud.

PROTECT – The LifeStages™ program through CyberScout can assist you during times of change in your life that could potentially put you at risk for identity theft. Areas include: Having a child; Getting married; Filing taxes; Military; Medical; Traveling; Moving; Break-Ins; Disasters; Debt Tagging; Death in the family

RESOLVE – If you do become a victim of identity theft, you will have personal access to a Fraud Specialist throughout the entire process. Your Fraud Specialist will help stop fraudulent bills and charges, notify credit bureaus and government agencies, prepare documents, make phone calls, and establish fraud alerts and monitoring to detect a re-occurrence. Your Fraud Specialist will be available to you for a full year or until all issues are resolved.
