Renee Huie named Muhlenberg managerDiamond Credit Union has named Renee Huie the Branch Manager of its new Muhlenberg location set to open in October.

This is not the first time Diamond has called on Huie to fill a leadership role at a new branch. In 2014, when the Credit Union opened its Boyertown location, she was promoted to be its first Assistant Branch Manager. Huie has been the Branch Manager at Boyertown since August of 2018. She began her career with Diamond in 2004 as a part-time teller and has earned several promotions over the last 15 years.

“Since her first day at Diamond, Renee’s dedication to making every experience matter has given her great insight into serving our members and garnered her the highest respect from her teammates,” said John Faust, President and CEO of Diamond Credit Union. “Current and future members are going to be in great hands at our new Muhlenberg branch.”

Like almost all Diamond employees, Huie is active in the community. She is a volunteer-lead for fundraising events in Diamond’s long-time, region-wide relationship with the American Cancer Society and Relay For Life. She has hosted Diamond’s Shoot for CommYOUNITY at the Reading Royals in support of the Salvation Army Boyertown. Huie has been a big part of several drives to collect food and household items to benefit Boyertown Area Multi-Service.

Diamond’s Muhlenberg location will open in October. The branch will be located at 4453 5th Street Highway, Temple, PA 19560. This 4,560-square foot, state-of-the-art, free-standing, full-service branch will offer all the products, services, and personal attention that Diamond is known for.

Diamond’s Muhlenberg branch will be the credit union’s seventh location. It opened its sixth branch in Royersford in October, 2018. This marks the first time in Diamond’s 72-year history that it will open new branches in back-to-back years. More on the branch can be found here, including a frequently-updated construction photo gallery.
