Free Instant Deposits Online is the ultimate convenience for the business owner. Free Bill Payer Service makes paying bills quick, easy and eliminates the cost of postage and checks. Pay your bills manually or automatically with immediate payee set-up and processing. No extra software to use or purchase and your information is protected by state-of-the-art security measures. And, real-time payment processing means your balance is always current.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Free Electronic Communications for Business helps you manage your Diamond business accounts easier and faster. If you have an e-mail address, save time, money and go green with Alerts, Statements, and Notifications. These services are easily viewed through NetBranch.

  • Electronic Alerts are customized account alerts that you set-up and are sent to your e-mail or cell phone as a text message. You can request to be alerted on information such as: when your account balance reaches a certain amount, when a deposit hits your account, when a specific check clears, and more.
  • Electronic Statements eliminate waiting and waste. No more waiting to receive account information in the mail and wasting precious resources. On the first of each month, you’ll receive an e-mail from Diamond informing you that your monthly statement is available to view. Plus you can view up to 12 months of statements.
  • Electronic Notifications notify you quicker via e-mail of any important information pertaining to your account.

INTEREST-BEARING ACCOUNTS

Keep the Interest You Earn on your interest-bearing checking or investment accounts. Unlike other financial institutions, Diamond’s accounts are not “interest-crediting”; to cover fees. At Diamond, interest earned is interest kept…by you.

VISA DEBIT CARD

Congratulations! You’re about to make a great financial decision for your business! In order to open your new business account(s), follow our Business Services Checklist to be prepared with the following information.

Identification (for each individual to be authorized on the account)

  • Current US Government-Issued Photo ID (state driver’s license, passport, state ID card)
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Physical Address (for business or authorized signers)

Existing Account Number(s)

If you will be transferring funds to your new account, you will need to provide your existing bank or credit union account number(s).

Sole Proprietorship

  • Driver’s license for each signer
  • EIN certificate (may use social security number)

Partnership

How to Get a Copy of an EIN Certificate

  1. Contact the IRS Business & Specialty Division @ 1-800-829-4933 and follow the prompts to speak to an agent in the Business Tax Department.  They will mail the certificate to the address you initially used to register your business.*
  2. Ask the IRS agent to fax a copy of the certificate.  Having your EIN certificate faxed will not be the original letter you received when you first obtained your tax ID number.  However, it will be an interim letter on IRS letterhead informing of the request made for a copy of your EIN number.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you have moved your business since you formed it & HAVE NOT specifically completed a change of address with IRS Business division, the certificate will be mailed to the original address.

How to Get a Copy of Certificate of Organization

  1. If you misplace the stamped/receipted Certificate of Organization for your business, you can contact the state by phone or mail.
